Inaccurate, cable too short, 2 bad sensors.

2 sensors constantly display when nothing is nearby, the sensor cables are too short, I have a Yukon, one sensor in the front and one in the back barely reaches the control unit, so when installing on a yukon xl or a suburb, I'm almost certain they won't make it. It's not accurate, I can put my hand on the sensors and they work, but then I drive somewhere and they never show anything?
