The unit does what it is designed to do. But the controls are very awkward because the written information provided about the different programs does not match the actual program names in the device. So basically you have to just experiment with the many different programs to see what they do. An accurate description of the programs is desperately needed. But additionally the construction of the equipment is very poor. It feels to be constructed of very cheap plastic that doesn’t seem like it will last very long. I got this to replace a unit I bought in the 80’s that had a solid aluminum frame and lasted 37 years. I’d be surprised if this one that was triple the price lasts more than 2-3 years. But I couldn’t find anything better. So this might be the best currently on the market. I am keeping mine despite its faults. I use the Rejuvination program before bed and it has dramatically improved the quantity of deep sleep I get as reported by my Apple Watch. But given its high price and significant faults I still only think it only merits two stars.
