In general - a good and convenient thing. provided you do some magic to make it convenient.1. Capsules MUST be placed cap down. You can't just put them straight out of the storage box. If they are not covered, they will get stuck and the drawer will get stuck when opening or closing. Strange, because only 4 mm inner height would have decided the matter.2. The last (deepest) capsules in the row are hard to get as the drawer doesn't open 100%. So you need to look down to see if there are any capsules left. Otherwise everything is fine as the 2 above do not bother you.
