The best part of this program was that it allowed us as an organization to be able track our reservations which made things easier when we had multiple people attending with different needs/requirements (i.e., food allergies). It also helped keep all records in one place so there were no errors being entered into another database by other employees who did not have access to see what others put down. There are some glitches but they do get fixed quickly once notified about them via email from customer service department. We used GraceSoft because their support team works well together while still providing quick responses back if any questions arise during implementation phase. This has been extremely beneficial since I am now only required 1 person handling everything instead having 3 separate databases filled out correctly each time something changes within my office's computer network causing issues elsewhere throughout offices etc.. Overall great product - highly recommend using especially considering price.
