multiple replacements but looks great!
We received our 4th set today. The remote control works. Returned 3 previously but today realized that with the replacement ones we didn't check with the lights plugged in though we did with the first one which actually didn't have a workable remote. Stupid on my part. Keep in mind, there isn't a light, red or white, on the remote that shows that it is working so make sure you have the lights plugged in to test. They look amazing. The company has worked with my insanity so am thankful for that.
- This product was better than I thought it would be. Easy to put up and works perfectly.
- The fairy lights may be prone to tangling or knotting, creating a frustrating experience when trying to untangle them
