Review on Pair of Zefal Bicycle Rim Tape, 22mm Size by Punk Espinoza

I've read reviews that say the rim tape that comes with bikes sucks. After my last apartment I bought a spare inner tube and this rim tape, pulled out the rim tape that came with it and realized what the reviewers were saying. The original rim tapes are actually injected onto the plastic tapes. They appear to cover the heads of the knitting needles, but leave sharp edges and small creases along the ribbon. If your camera is heavily inflated, it can come into contact with these sharp edges, causing damage and leakage. This Zefal rim tape is made of fabric and is very easy to stick on bare rims. I can see that Zefal fabric rim tape offers much better protection for the inner chamber. I think everyone should replace the rim tapes that come with their bikes to avoid flat tires.
