Easy to use and useful but maybe temperamental
I bought it mainly to test homemade kefir water as I use fruit juice and get a very high alcohol content. So when I make adjustments to shut it down I want to know how I'm doing. It's a simple monitoring tool, but using it properly can be a bit tricky. I also tried honey herbal tea and it turned out to be 12% alcohol, which I don't know. So far I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I just tasted wine at room temperature and it came out 22% when it was supposed to be 12%. I still have to play with it a bit and figure out how to use it properly,
