The product looks great - nice and heavy, painted a nice dark black. Along with him, I encountered two problems: 1) The screws that come with the kit are junk. They are straight forward, not Philips. The groove is too narrow for even the thinnest bit of my electric screwdriver. The screw heads came loose slightly when I installed the item. I need to repaint them black so the bright silver doesn't show where they ripped off. Installation should be much easier. 2) The hook is very tight in the eye. There's not a lot of wiggle room to get it right. If they aren't lined up that way, you won't be able to get the hook in your eye. I had to uninstall and install several times before I could start working. There should be a little more room to play so the hardware can be inserted more easily.
