I cannot recommend this product enough. I want my meat block to look like a nice piece of furniture, my husband finds it a tough work surface so doesn't mind spilled wine and other stains. Thanks to Clark's Cutting Board Soap, I can restore my cutting board to its original condition and remove stains in minutes. I used to think I had to bleach it to remove stains (I'm very sensitive to bleach so this was a terrible option) but Clark's is much more effective at removing stains than bleach. I also use Clarks Oil and Finish.
