A nice quick-start solution helping to modernize day1

I really like that it has lots of bells & whistles without being overwhelming too complex for most people or small teams working with them daily (at least initially). It was easy enough when training some junior team members who are new at this in order make good decisions quickly which takes less time than we were wasting before trying out many different tools/technologies available but also very expensive! If you do decide there's something missing please add then let us know so maybe our feedback can help improve things if not just give your competitors credit - don't copy their exact same features only change what fits YOU best rather learn how they came up doing those solutions first by seeing where other companies have made mistakes / bad choices etc. solving issues such as; faster workflows using prebuilt dashboards within minutes vs hours previously needed plus reducing manual labour input while improving processes overall leading upto cost savings through automating existing tasks saving valuable resources. I like that we can easily integrate with our other systems (Salesforce). The implementation was pretty straightforward but not cheap at $10k+ for each integration point - which makes sense when you're dealing in millions of records! We've been able solve some problems around customer retention/reactivation by using this software across different teams within D&D departments and sales operations so it's solving more than one problem really quickly!!

Pros
  • Ease of use
  • Easy to implement, integrates well into SalesForce
  • Very versatile data structures possible including relational tables + JSON objects all seamlessly integrated together.
  • Well thoughtout architecture = simple yet effective toolset built from scratch over several years instead relying upon an offthe shelf solution bought elsewhere already designed specifically towards another industry altogether making
Cons
  • All fine
