The software has been easy to use and the support team has been great. They have continued to improve the product and make it easier to use. We like that they have added additional tools and features. I would say one of the best things about this software is how easy it is to customize. It is easy to add new modules we need and there are many pre-built modules so our time to market is reduced. The only thing I dislike is how sometimes the interface can be confusing and you have to click around a lot. I would recommend using the training offered to ensure you get the most out of the software. We have been able to create more efficient processes, track work orders and communicate better with clients. I like how it is easy to use and it has a lot of features. I also like that it is very reliable. I dislike that it is a little pricey for a small business.
