Bad product, bad supplier.

I ordered this heater and it was installed by a licensed electrician. The heater didn't work, the electrician checked it, there are no problems with the connection, the element just didn't work. I tried contacting the manufacturer directly, no response from them. Think twice before you buy this. The item was described as 'new' but the paperwork that came with it said it had been refurbished.
