Review on Voalte Messenger by Dennis Reed

I like how easy it was for me as an admin user to set up all of my different departments within our organization using this software. It's very intuitive! The only thing about Vocalite messenger we dislike are some bugs in their system (sometimes you can't send files). We realized these issues were due to the fact that they had not updated their platform yet so we have been notified by them multiple times but still haven't seen any changes since then. So far everything has worked great! Using voicemessenger allows us to communicate easily between each other without having to email back and forth which saves time because sometimes emails get lost in cyberspace.
