It holds my iPhone perfectly and I was able to assemble it. It would be nice to have instructions. "Gifts" was good if only I knew how to connect the remote control. I don't see it in the list of other Bluetooth devices because I don't know what I'm looking for. Also looked at other photos to figure out how to use the small holder but can't figure it out either. But basically I can connect my iPhone to a tripod and manually click record video on my phone and record a video. I would like to use the remote control, but I declined. The iPad is heavier due to its weight. I lean it against the table so it doesn't fall and break my iPad.
