I like that there is an option for you if your shipment gets lost or damaged while it's being shipped out of country/state by USPS! If anything happens after i've received my package (lost), they will not refund me back -_- The customer support team doesn't even know how much money we're talking about when trying to get them to help us file claims through fedex insurance; so basically our only choice was FedEX Insurance which isn'y worth their time since all packages have been replaced already anyway :( We were looking into shipping things internationally because some items can be expensive but this really helps cut down costs as well!! I like that they have always been willing to go above and beyond for their clients! They really care about your business and want you to be successful!! You can trust them 100%. We've used other freight companies which don't do as much or charge more than expeditor. This is one of our favorite partners. It's great because we get everything taken off our hands so there isn't any stress when it comes time to pick up items.
