Review on 🚲 AZUNO Bike Tire Inflator: Pressure Gauge & Air Compressor Tool for Presta and Schrader Valves by Jeffrey Connel

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Requires almost three hands

Anyway, I don't like Presta valves, mainly because I haven't found a pump that easily pumps them with, including this one. In fact, this entire block is redundant. Consider how to use it: remove the cap from the valve and unscrew it a little. Place this fitting over the valve and lift the small mounting plane. It doesn't stick to the valve at all. That means you have to hold it pretty tight on the valve. Meanwhile, with your "free hand" you must grab the trigger to release air to enter the block. Even IF you succeed (with one hand firmly on the bike tire valve and the other on the trigger) it's unlikely you'll even be able to SEE the sensor because it's bent to the side because the damn thing is so big, and even IF You can, it's terribly inaccurate, either because it just is, or I can't get a good connection to the valve because the thing doesn't actually stay on the valve by itself. Suffice it to say I'm STILL looking for a pre-valve pump that actually stays on the valve and I don't have to hold it down.

Pros
  • Bike pumps
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
