Review on EZLDLXKIT BRK Deluxe Diamond Sharpening Kit by Reed Nuttbrock

I'm an old school knife sharpener like my brother taught from my grandfather. I've been sharpening knives most of my life (40+ years). This is a great sharpening kit and would be great for anyone who knows what they are doing. Both my brother and I have one of these sets and we are both famous among our friends for our sharpening skills. As for the set itself, the diamond coatings are state-of-the-art and can even be used to sharpen ceramic knives, although that takes a little more patience and effort. This is a quality sharpening set and not really suitable for beginners in my opinion, although a quick visit to the Eze-Lap website has good tips on how to use it. I *urge* you to ignore the stupid one star review from someone who hasn't even bought this product. What the hell to do.
