After reading all the reviews on this part I was afraid my radiator would break trying to remove the old part but luckily the old part came off very well and I was able to install the new one. I had to add fluid to the radiator after the engine warmed up and then cooled down again. It was a process that required patience and perseverance. My car filled up with about two gallons of fluid but now it appears full, no leaks and runs perfectly. I called four different auto repair shops and didn't tell them I knew what part I needed, just told everyone my hose keeps turning up. All four insisted that my car needed a new radiator and that the part that connected to the hose was irreplaceable. When I told everyone I knew about the radiator filler neck, they said they would order the part for double what I paid here. That's why people hate mechanics.
