
I have revised my review. After 2 1/2 months it won't connect at all and throws an error message saying it's not a supported device. I really hoped that I would get lucky and have one of the good guys. I do not think so. After contacting Revain's support chat, "Joshua" phoned me to the product's manufacturer, who requested a scanned copy of my receipt, which I sent. He was then able to automatically send me a replacement unit within 7-10 business days. I really hope the replacement works! This decision took an hour, but it was worth it. After about 2 months of use: I've had it for two months now. It worked great for the first few weeks, but now it's started to connect and load sluggishly. I have to wiggle and move it and squeeze it. To worry.
