Inexpensive, simple solution for trucks
Got a tip from a local bike shop that worked great. No need to buy a $200 truck bed rack or drill holes in the truck bed. Instead, buy a 2x6, cut it to the width of your truck bed, pop it in, and attach this bike hitch to it. My truck bed had several ribs on the sides between which the board was placed vertically. I used smaller bolts than the 1/2" bolts listed in the instructions. All in all I spent 25β¬. Bike is safe! Good product!
