Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Enhanced E2 Kitchen Knife Sharpener by Work Sharp by Ronnie Dabolt

Quality addition to your kitchen

This has been a valuable addition to my kitchen. The kitchen counter is the reward in a small kitchen. So making the decision to buy a non-culinary tool to expand that space is very important for me. I already have a Work Sharp knife and tool sharpener that does most of my sharpening needs. But I like to pick it up and only set it up when I have a lot of knives to sharpen, and it often dulls my kitchen knives for weeks before I can reach them. When the E2 knife sharpener came out, I decided to buy it to make my kitchen work more efficient. The E2 is small enough to fit and stay on my kitchen counter. This facilitates the rapid use of grinding wheels. The power cord runs under the sharpener so it doesn't get in the way. You only need to connect to the network when you need to sharpen more seriously. The grinding wheel does not require electricity. I leave it on the counter so I can run my knife through the sharpening groove a few times every few days to keep the blades sharp. I've had the sharpener for 3 months now and the only time I had to pocket it was when I first used it to shape and sharpen knives. Otherwise I've only used grinding wheels and the knives stay sharp enough to shave. I haven't had to do any maintenance or drive swaps, so I don't have any comment on that yet. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and after three months I haven't had any issues and it's still working great.
