I'm very happy with the product, it's very satisfying.

The grinding disc will last a long time. You can even sharpen scissors. There are small magnets inside so that the chips do not scatter when sharpening. Even a girl can handle this sharpener. Got pros: Excellent sharpener. You can sharpen all your knives very quickly. Different cons: Unless the timer turns off, you have to press the button again, but on the other hand I sharpened one side, the sharpener stopped, began to sharpen the other, it turns out to evenly sharpen the knife.

The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

In principle, I am satisfied with the purchase, it is only unknown how things are with consumables (grinding discs), but in general I am satisfied with the purchase Has some pros: No need to manually sharpen knives Fast sharpening - for one knife about 2 minutes Cons: Automatic switch-off sharpening cycle timer One automatic cycle is not enough for normal sharpening, at least 2

We have many knives, scissors, serrated knives in our house. One of the local knife shops offers knife sharpening (straight blade only, no serrated edges, no scissors) for $10 per blade. We'll carry our knives there in batches, but we keep forgetting. I was looking for reviews and found this one highly recommended by various sites so I ordered it. Wow! I absolutely love the ease of use and the results! The price is worth it and I've already paid for myself by sharpening 10 knives in 2 days.

A new way to sharpen!

This sharpener is unlike any I've ever used (and I've used quite a few). My first impression is that an engineer did it. The power adapter is neatly tucked away making it easy to store away, which always annoys me, so it's an automatic win. After reading a very short and direct guide, I got to work! The device is so intuitive that it turns off automatically after the blade is done, which was another win. This discourages the person from creating additional work for themselves. Now how did it…

Great product good sharpness on knives

I opened this excitedly as I have had no luck with hand sharpening. It cost less than half my hardware store sharpened knives. It was smaller than I expected but definitely did a good job! I sharpened 6 large knives, 5 paring knives and 7 serrated knives (only serrated in the honing area but what's the difference). My most-used chef's knife had to go through twice to cut a tomato, but cut easily after the second round. I'm so happy! I have a whole set of sharp knives. I'm almost confused! Due…

This one really works

I have had many knife sharpeners over the years but none of them did what they were supposed to do. The best are usually manual, where you insert a knife into a slot and run it across the stone, then polish it on a ceramic wheel. However, they don't have clear knife guides, they have different sharpening angles, and it's easy for your knives to shift. The results are sometimes good, but never what they should be. I have Henckel knives, not top quality, but still good knives from a well-known…

Quality addition to your kitchen

This has been a valuable addition to my kitchen. The kitchen counter is the reward in a small kitchen. So making the decision to buy a non-culinary tool to expand that space is very important for me. I already have a Work Sharp knife and tool sharpener that does most of my sharpening needs. But I like to pick it up and only set it up when I have a lot of knives to sharpen, and it often dulls my kitchen knives for weeks before I can reach them. When the E2 knife sharpener came out, I decided to…

Great knife sharpener at a great price

This sharpener worked great right out of the box. I have always used a manual knife sharpener but the one I had was no longer up to the task. My son bought an electric knife sharpener a few months ago. I looked at the one he bought and it was pretty expensive and I couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money on a knife sharpener. Then I read about the Work Sharp E2 kitchen sharpener and thought it might be worth trying. When my Work Sharp E2 kitchen sharpener arrived here I was planning…

Compact and easy to use.

This is my first time using an electric kitchen knife sharpener. I have been using Japanese whetstones for many years but it took me a while as I use two types of stones to sharpen 5 kitchen knives that I use every day. I sharpen my knives every week. After looking at several reviews of electric sharpeners, I decided to purchase the Work Sharp Culinary E2 Mini kitchen knife sharpener. This model uses grinding wheels compared to other models that use a grinding belt. I like the compactness and…

Matching sharpener

After years of sharpening kitchen knives with Japanese whetstones I switched to this product. The whetstone method gives fantastic results, unsurpassed in fact, but very time consuming when done correctly (30m knife); Also, and I'm speaking from experience, if you don't have the right technique or aren't careful, you'll get a spectacular finger injury at some point. So based on the feedback I chose Worksharp E2; It seemed to be the best of the "cheap" sharpeners. For $38 from Revain Warehouse…
