Review on 🔪 Enhanced E2 Kitchen Knife Sharpener by Work Sharp by Jae Newton

This sharpener worked great right out of the box. I have always used a manual knife sharpener but the one I had was no longer up to the task. My son bought an electric knife sharpener a few months ago. I looked at the one he bought and it was pretty expensive and I couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money on a knife sharpener. Then I read about the Work Sharp E2 kitchen sharpener and thought it might be worth trying. When my Work Sharp E2 kitchen sharpener arrived here I was planning on spending the evening sharpening all my knives, they needed it! I took it out of the box and put it on the counter. Then I looked in the box for the power supply. Hmm not there. Read the directions for use and it says nutritional requirements but nothing about where it is. I looked again at the Work Sharp E2 kitchen sharpener and found a place to plug in the power but couldn't find the power adapter. I then turned the sharpener over and here it is neatly folded into its stand. Now I was ready to sharpen my knives. As I said, I planned a fun evening with my new sharpener and collected all the knives that needed a new sharpening. Well, those plans were dashed with the launch of the Work Sharp E2 kitchen sharpener. Because I quickly finished sharpening my serrated bread knife and kitchen scissors. We'll see how the Work Sharp E2 kitchen sharpener performs over time, but my initial experience with it was very good and I recommend it if you're looking for an electric knife sharpener.
