Review on Dyson DC40 Corded Power Vacuum by Stephanie Mann

Bought this cable to replace the original cable on my DC40. There is no guide for this cable but I found a video on YouTube showing all the steps. Unlike some other buyers, I didn't have to make any modifications to the cord or vacuum to assemble the vacuum. It was a little tight, but I explained that the new cable wasn't as flexible as the old one. Be careful with the switch assembly. It slipped out of my hand and the parts came loose and I had a bit of trouble understanding how the little springs and bracket fit together.
