Makes keeping up-to date customer info simple

It was quite easy to incorporate into our product since it does what we need in one place instead of pulling records from several different systems like ours did before this solution came along. This has reduced time spent searching multiple sources to look for cancelled users so much that I don't think there's any downside as yet with regards how well things have gone but if anyone starts having issues please let me know because my company can probably help resolve them! We were constantly getting emails asking about data discrepancies between ourselves and an external agency who manage our billing system where people would be logged out of both at once without being aware until they tried to log back in after a while and realised no longer had access either way which required us chasing all over town trying to track down these 'lost' accounts. Now those times are lessened considerably with everything together under one roof via RETENTIONENGINE. I have been working with them since they started out as an acquisition of another provider. They were able to help us get our first few clients in place quickly and then continue to grow from there. There are many other providers that offer similar services but at this point we've found no reason to switch over to any others. We're still using REng's platform because it has helped us stay ahead of the competition!
