Review on 🍵 Gibson Alderton 2.3 Quart Green Tea Kettle by Gregory Castellanos

Today I received this beautiful kettle and started using it. I burned my finger opening the spout to pour water into my afternoon tea. It was hot! Not at all a "keep cool safety trigger" as advertised. Also: NOT, I repeat NOT stainless steel, except for the bottom. Housing made of cheap aluminum. The kettle is light as a feather. The description is misleading! I was looking for a stainless steel whistling kettle with red enamel! The design is quirky, the shade of red is exactly what I was looking for and it had good reviews from 1280 reviews. I should have paid more attention to the negative comments. Really disappointed. WE ARE RETURNING IMMEDIATELY! This is only the second item I have returned to Revain in many years. All my purchases have been great.
