Repetitive tools and unhelpful customer service
No bad tools. I bought these for polymer clay so it's no big deal. There are repeating instruments. And when I contacted them they just told me to return it and arrange a refund. They didn't tell me to return it and they will make sure I get the right tools next time. So think about it before you buy this product. For $30 I expected them to pay attention to details.
