This product is great. I bought it to replace a royal trucker that would take forever to dive into satellites if he could find them. When I called King, they wanted $350 just to look at him, plus round-trip shipping, plus parts, and $85 an hour of labor. The playmaker was easy to set up. I had no problems. I was able to use the "in" cable on the outside of my caravan and plug the receiver in with the onboard wiring. I started the syncing process. Didn't take 10 minutes, had all 3 satellites plus all updates as I haven't used the receiver since last fall. I am using a Dish 211z receiver. I am very impressed with this dish. I highly recommend. I used the DishformyRv app to ensure I had a clear view of the satellites. I was really impressed with the speed of installation compared to the hatchback. I just hope to get away from that for a few years.
