It wasn't as easy as I was hoping. I removed the grill cover, but the stock horn actually pushes against the radiator and has a unique connector. I found wires in the wiring harness leading to the underhood fuse box, but I wasn't sure if I wanted to cut them there. I paused to watch some videos on installing other horns. Then I decided to cut off the original connector and crimp the new connectors as well as the 14 gauge wire to the tornado horn. It definitely sounds nicer/louder than the standard horn, but not so loud that it hurts your ears. I will most likely install another model that is MUCH louder than I thought. The only thing worth mentioning is that it only emits a soft beep when an alarm is completed/set or an alarm is set. I'm curious to see what others experience. Of course I worry if someone breaks into my SUV.
