The perfect replacement for a Genie safety bar for your garage door opener. I had a multiple shovel mount on my garage wall. After a while, the brackets buckled, causing the shovels to fall and breaking the beams in my garage. I figured I'd have to buy a new opener or look on ebay for some used bars. Then I looked at Revain and found these beauties. They did the job, they look prettier than my old ones, and they're even easier to connect thanks to modern connection hardware that lets you snap the wire in instantly. No screws required. The mounting bracket is also easier to use and well thought out. It looks like it can be used for multiple types of attachment. I was able to find holes that fit my situation, screwed a few screws into the studs to hold the beam in place, hooked it up and it worked right away. Couldn't be happier with it. By the way, the shovel mount was replaced with a stronger mount and since then there have been no more problems.
