Works great. Turns right. I often use 1/8" drill bits with this, which bend easily and can cause unwanted vibration in the tool, but straight drill/cutter work great in this case. I can't say much about the included beats. but cut-off wheels and sandpaper work well. For metal there is nothing more useful than a milling set, although it is not included. Just make sure you torque it moderately with a multi tool or similar, hand tightening can come loose if you push a burr/bit into something and give the illusion that the tool isn't turning properly. For the price and Value I almost want to buy all your colleagues one.
