I liked it. I needed to sand a section on a very thin piece of hard plastic and wasn't sure if I needed it or not. Not only did it have the sanding part I needed, it also had a thin stone for smoothing afterwards. It cost $20! So glad I bought it.

Works great. Turns right. I often use 1/8" drill bits with this, which bend easily and can cause unwanted vibration in the tool, but straight drill/cutter work great in this case. I just received it and I haven't had the opportunity to use it often, but at first glance I thought so. Overall the quality seems quite good. Especially for the price.
