Excellent starter set of cheese knives! They even come with a chart at the bottom of the box to help you choose the right knife. I recommend keeping the box for safekeeping. Make sure you hand wash them as they have been in the dishwasher a few times and have gotten a little rusty but we were able to polish them. Gone are the days of using a butter knife and trying to balance it on my cheese boards. My cheese boards now look professional!
