Disappointed

Product received as expected, however the control box comes with a screw that attaches to the bracket that is attached to the main body of the unit. Now when I turn it on, set the temperature, etc., I have to hold the control box tight because it wiggles back and forth freely because one screw is in place and the other is missing. The rest of the functionality etc is great.
