Doesn't work - support is useless - don't buy

Bought 3 power supplies to get this working, all failed. I've asked Tripp Lite and other partners which power supply is compatible and they haven't pointed me in the right direction. The answer is "12V to 24V DC power supplies with a 2.5 x 5.5 x 9.5mm input plug, with either a positive tip and a negative sleeve or a negative tip and a positive Sleeve.” They read the manual and ask for a link to a power supply that meets these requirements. Much luck!
