12-24V power supply not included but required for operation

Build quality is excellent but to be expected for the price. Does not work without power supply. I got lucky and ended up with a power supply from another project that works with this one. I'm using a Supermicro MCP-250-10128-0N which is overloaded at 150W, but there are smaller models from Supermicro that use the same connector and should work as well.

Works very well after replacing the broken original unit

Had to return the first unit as it didn't reach advertised speeds could. The replacement block works very well. It would have been nice if an AC adapter was included, but it was easy enough to order separately.

Doesn't work - support is useless - don't buy

Bought 3 power supplies to get this working, all failed. I've asked Tripp Lite and other partners which power supply is compatible and they haven't pointed me in the right direction. The answer is "12V to 24V DC power supplies with a 2.5 x 5.5 x 9.5mm input plug, with either a positive tip and a negative sleeve or a negative tip and a positive Sleeve.โ€ They read the manual and ask for a link to a power supply that meets these requirements. Much luck!
