I have this one, Teavana Perfecta and Teaze. They are probably all made in the same factory. However, Groshe has a larger filter. It can be seen clearly in the attached photo. Also the block is shorter and wider. Especially compared to Teaze, which narrows to the width of a filter. Which is bad since teas like oolong balls need a lot of space for the leaves to open. Easy to clean. Plenty of space with the lid open for cleaning. Not sure why the other reviewer felt the need to remove the lid. Overall, it looks like a more premium device than its main competitor: the Teavana. Whether he makes the best tea or not is beside the point. Some tips: Use special teas for herbal teas, as some of them leave an oily residue that spoils the taste of pure teas the next time you brew them. A few drops of Dawn in hot water will clean it. Just a quick rinse with water is enough to get pure tea. Don't overboil the tea. 30 seconds too long can make it a bit bitter. In my opinion, time is more important than temperature. Although I occasionally brew with gaiwan and use cup brewers, I prefer dime for its convenience.
