I work in the water treatment industry. I have several of these. There is a touch chip on the top that can be easily removed. There are small copper connectors that hold the sensor in place. Well, they come out and break off. I have FIVE meters that are useless to prove it. Your solution costs $150. FIXED?! You just change the sensor. They won't let you buy a part to make yourself. If you are looking for a meter that will last a year or so, sits in a foam case and never gets used, then this meter is for you. If you're in an industry that demands the longevity of your gauges, stay away.
