After trying this product, I am very pleased with its accuracy and simplicity. I work in the water treatment industry. I have several of these. There is a touch chip on the top that can be easily removed. There are small copper connectors that hold the sensor in place. Well, they come out and break off. I have FIVE meters that are useless to prove it. Your solution costs $150. FIXED?! You just change the sensor. They won't let you buy a part to make yourself. Great meters, ultra fast readings and accuracy. I am giving a low rating because I am exceptionally careful with my tools and gauges and as another reviewer mentioned they break the tips and the gauge falls out. A solution costs almost half the cost of a new product and does not prevent similar situations from occurring again.
