I ordered this bag for my 12 year old knitter precisely because of the design - functional and not at all tasteless or ostentatious (cool enough for a stylish near-teen, in other words). Unfortunately when it arrived there was a large brown stain on the inner lining, like someone spilled a whole cup of coffee in it. Frustrated, I started the return process at Revain and asked for a replacement bag. Not only did I receive the replacement, I received it within *hours* of the exchange beginning - well before I sent the original back for a refund. I really don't even understand how they managed to get me a replacement - magical elves so fast? - but that kind of customer service is worth its weight in gold these days. And in the end I got a bag that is cute, very functional and well constructed. It holds all of my daughter's gear with lots of nooks and crannies that organizers love among us and has good rigidity so it stands on its own and is easy to carry around without banging or messing up her projects. . In general very satisfied.
