Bought to replace the outer CV joint boot on my 2008 Range Rover. I went through 7 boots provided before I could wear one, without it to tear. Once the boot was over the CV joint, I relieved the pressure, but the tool reached the bottom of the CV joint too soon. This means I had to try and move the shoe away from the watch by about 2.5 inches. Tore another shoe trying to do it. Eventually I removed the boot from the tool (try #10) and it was almost impossible to get the large diameter end back onto the CV joint for clamping. All in all, this process took me about 2 days and more than a few bucks in a pot to sweat. I just bought an ORM CV replacement axle for less than the cost of this kit. Live and learn I guess.
