This machine has worked great for about 18 months. Then he had a rather dangerous problem - he continued to heat the water without turning off, and outside the car reached a dangerous temperature. This happened EVEN WHEN IT WAS OVER! I had to turn it off to stop it. It comes with a two year warranty. After waiting many hours to contact customer service, they finally said they would send a postal label so we could return the car. A day later nothing. Waiting for more than an hour (fourth time). One would expect them to send a working machine. Now there will be weeks/months without a coffee maker at home. premium price; extremely bad support.
