If your Kohler faucet is leaking, your valve is probably worn out. This one goes perfectly with my Kohler faucet. After installing, my leak was fixed. A few tips: 1) It may not be easy to determine if this part will fit your Kohler faucet. You can first take out the old/leaking part and visually inspect/confirm with a picture. 2) This is a 1/4 turn valve. So left and right are not the same. Be sure to order the correct part (Left/Hot and Right/Cold).3) This part can be replaced by one person but is easier with two people. The part comes out at the top, but when you loosen (or tighten) this part, you may find that the entire faucet handle rotates with you. A second person would be very helpful here, holding the handle of the fitting from below. Once you figure out how to remove the part, you can easily do it yourself in 5 minutes. Very happy with the result. An added bonus is that the handle turns very easily, just like when new.
