While the price was good and cables for all 8 ports were included, I wasn't impressed with the overall functionality of the KVM. Firstly all the cables are only about 5-6ft long meaning it will only work with the closest computers, secondly the switch was VERY slow to recognize input from the computer and the computer didn't realize it had a keyboard and The mouse is connected. After all the ports were discovered through repeated computer reboots, I finally found that the switch was VERY slow to switch from one port to another - switching takes too long. I might have been too generous with THREE stars, TWO would be more accurate, but the price is still not bad for eight ports if you don't mind the switch's slowness.
