. I wanted so the locks could have the same combination. I can't confirm how strong they are. I suspect they are stronger than the cases I put them on, but definitely not a highly secure device. I use them indoors so I don't know about weather resistance. Shiny chrome dials with black numerals are sometimes difficult to read. I'd rather have black dials with white numerals or even white dials with black numerals instead of those shiny chrome dials. All eight I bought were easy to set up and worked as expected.
