These pants are good and my son likes them. I bought size 6 for my son who turned 6 last month. He is of average height and weight for his age group (always around the 50th percentile). The length of the pants is good, as is the waist size. But they are a bit wide at the waist. I need to tighten the cord and tie a double knot. Then it can become a problem when you have to flush them down the toilet. The elastic really needs to be a little tighter so you don't have to tie the tip tight. Bags would help too. Little boys like to collect rocks and stuff, they need bags.
