Damn mail, they leave my mail out in the rain. how can you help

I love yarn but the shipping leaves a lot to be desired. I have a covered porch and a covered porch. There is a gate to the courtyard, but the gate opens easily. My boxes are in the rain and I can't see them from my house. The boxes become soft and the yarn has no protection. It kept happening. The OP ignores my calls. What can you do to help? Thanks for listening. I even have a note on each bag saying to put the bag on the patio. It comes from Revane.
