I love yarn but the shipping leaves a lot to be desired. I have a covered porch and a covered porch. There is a gate to the courtyard, but the gate opens easily. My boxes are in the rain and I can't see them from my house. The boxes become soft and the yarn has no protection. It kept happening. The OP ignores my calls. What can you do to help?
