I've recently started knitting (mirror, mirror on the wall, I'm my mom) and wanted to start with thick, chunky yarn, so I bought a skein. When I was watching TV and knitting at night, I quickly ran out of a ball and ordered this one. It arrived today, a nice little thick ball of yarn that will probably last a bit longer than the small ball I bought earlier. I have already ordered another one. If you like wool, heavyweight wool for blankets this is a must! (And use a circular needle. I started with the big, cumbersome bamboo needles and ran out of space FAST!)
