I recently ordered a Revain keypad lock. I installed a lock but it is not connected properly. If I give the "close" command from the outside (by holding down any random number), the latch will unlock. When I press my code and then enter the orange button, the device locks the latch. EVERYTHING SHOULD BE REPLACED so anyone can open my door by simply dialing a number. This is a serious deficiency. I wasted my time and money with this problem. Very disappointed in this rubbish product. **EDIT** February 5, 2021 Changed from 1 star to 4. After contacting the company, they did everything in their power to help. Customer service was excellent. The solution for me was to intentionally install the lock with the bolt in the lock (fully extended) position. After leaving the bolt in this position and resetting the mechanism, the lock began to behave correctly. I hope this helps anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
